Once you decide who will pick up your caregiving responsibility from appointment or school, (for example, you could ask bayada personal care assistant to go to and from school or hire a teacher or LMSW etc, or one of our providers!, Please check each state's tab for available persons!). you can consider following routine. And consider these worksheets. The temporary guardian can approve someone on our team to pick up the child and the front desks should always check ID to make sure the designated person is who they say they are. Thank you.
