By the way, a note: I went with my 501c nonprofit Padma Sherni Inc. and was in the midst of trying to change the name of the organization to Health and Education Research Services, Inc. then updated the name to Real Health Inc., dba Padma Sherni Inc.

Once you decide who will pick up your caregiving responsibility from appointment or school, (for example, you could ask bayada personal care assistant to go to and from school or hire a teacher or LMSW etc, or one of our providers!, Please check each state's tab for available persons!). you can consider following routine. The temporary guardian can approve someone on our team to pick up the child and the front desks should always check ID to make sure the designated person is who they say they are. Thank you.

I am happy to be a health coach/life coach/personal consultant for care coordination or a designated Care Coordinator of services for anyone who is in the situation of:

A parent is unavailable temporarily, and another family member is a temporary guardian who can collaborate with care providers and a mediation lawyer for designation of role and responsibilities, which can be documented and then brought to a family lawyer.

On the temporary guardianship forms, you can list that Sparkly Life Health Coaching Inc. at www.onepurplesquare.com Resources Tab, Forms Tab, and Blog Tab have additional resources that you would like to either include or consider.

You must please let us know verbally, or in writing, or phone call, if this is how you would like for me to help along with any available providers who can offer referrals and additional resources. Then I can draft examples of paperwork that you can bring to your relevant affiliates voluntarily.

For some children that I am next of kin to, I can more proactively possibly be the care coordinator or even a temporary guardian, once a mediation lawyer meeting takes place.
